9-23: HRV 89.9 – HR 59 Off

9-24: HRV 83.5 – HR 54 – Lactic power interval – 4 sets of 3 – 40 second sprints – 120 seconds rest between reps – 5 min between sets. RPE 8 Distance 6.6 miles

9-25: HRV 89.1 – HR 56 –  Full body – 5 sets of 5-8 reps – 7 exercises

9-26: HRV/HR Did not record – Lactic explosive repeat – 3 sets of 10 – 20seconf sprints 30 sec rest between reps 5 min between sets RPE 8 Distance 7.3 miles

9-27: HRV 78.6 – HR 57 -Full body – 4-5 sets of 6-10 reps 6-7 exercises

9-28: HRV 91.2 – HR 49 – Lactic capacity interval – 4 sets of 3 – 90 second bike sprints, 90 seconds est between reps and 5 min between sets. RPE 8 Distance 11 miles 1st 30 seconds of rep maintained 110 RPMs, 2nd 30 seconds maintained 105 RPNs, last 30 seconds maintained 100 RPMs

9-29: HRV 100 – HR 62 – 90 min brisk trail hike
