Lactic Explosive Repeat 3 sets of 10 – 25 seconds sprints 25 sec rest between reps 6 min between sets (5 sec more work and 5 seconds less rest that week 1 – also added 60 seconds to between sets rest)

RPE 8

Distance 8.5 miles

all reps between 115-120+RPMs
