9-9:  HRV  71.7 HR 58 OFF

9-10: HRV 71.7 – HR 58 – Cardiac Power Intervals: 7 reps 105 sec 3.5 min rest between sets (735)(53 min) RPE 9 (didn’t chart)

9-11: HRV 76.4 – HR 62 – Full body weights 5-6sets of 5-8 reps

9-12: HRV 62.9 – HR 67 – High Resistance Intervals: 20 reps @ 12 sec per rep – 120 seconds rest (130-140 HR) between each rep

9-13: HRV 78.4 – HR 63 -Full body training 5-6 sets 6-8 reps

9-14: HRV 78.2 – HR 55 -Cardiac Output: 60 min @ 130-150 HR

9-15: HRV 109.7 – HR 59 – Full body
