WEEK 1

8-19 – HRV 85.8 – HR 49.2 – OFF – 10 hours of work with a pick axe

8-20 – HRV 90.9 – HR 50 – Fullbody 4-5 set x TF

8-21 – HRV 95.5 – HR 50 – Cardiac Power Interval – 10 reps of 75 sec max sprint 3 min rest between sets (see sport tracker wk.2-day1)

8-22 – HRV 95.5 – HR 53 – Fullbody am 5×5-6 reps

8-23 – HRV 86.5 – HR 59 – Cardiac Output 50 min (see sport tracker wk 2-day2)

8-24 – HRV 97.2 – HR 60 – Fullbody pm 4-5xTF

8-25 – Didn’t get HRV – 45 min recovery at HR 120-130
