Block 1 – Week 1 – Training Log

WEEK 1

8-12- HRV 88.2 – HR 65 – Cardiac Power Interval – 12 reps of 60 sec max sprint 3 min rest between sets (see sport tracker wk.1-day1)

8-13- HRV 82.2 – HR 56 – Full body training 5-6 sets 6-8 reps

8-14 – HRV 79.7 – HR 59 – Cardiac Output – 45 min @ 130-150 HR – Avg 140  (see sport tracker wk1-day2)

8-15 – HRV 91.3 – HR 55 – Full body training 5-6 sets of 5-6 reps – everything heavy

8-16 – HRV 95.7 – HR 54 – Cardiac Output – 45 min @ 130-150 HR – Avg 140 (see sport tracker  wk.1-day3)

8-17 – HRV 80.6 – HR 55 – Full body training  4-5 sets 5-6 reactive reps – had my 6 hour carb night after training

8-18 – HRV 85.2 – HR 55 – OFF DAY
