Session: 4 sets of 3 reps of 40 second bike sprints – 90 seconds rest between reps and 6 min 30 seconds between sets.


Same workout as last time just added 10 seconds per rep wanted to see if it changed my peak HR time. Last session peak HR was around 30-35 seconds after a 30 second rep. Today after a 40 second rep my peak HR was 20-25 seconds after rep. it stayed the same. I am interested to see the 1 and 2 day post workout HRV numbers.
