Today’s attempt at lactic power intervals.

4 sets of 3 max bike sprints of 30 seconds (level 17) – 90 seconds rest between reps – 6 min 30 seconds between sets at level 10 – 65 RPM’s.

I scored it a 7-8 RPE… much harder than I expected. Took about 50 min total covered 9 miles – all recovery was at 65 RPM’s.

* heart rate continued to climb for 30-35 seconds after completion of each rep
