ROSEMARY SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, rosemary, and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
  4. Wrap each fillet in a piece of aluminium foil with some of the remaining mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
