Bison Stew

Tools Needed:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs Bison Stew Meat
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 6 Carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced
  • 3 Stalks Celery, diced
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced
  • 28 Ounces Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 8 Ounces Tomato Sauce
  • Handful of Fresh Cilantro, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Line the bottom of your crock pot with your onions, carrots, bell pepper, celery, and jalapeños
  2. Add in your bison stew meat
  3. Add in all remaining ingredients
  4. Set Crock Pot on low and cook for between 6-8 hours on low
