I’ve been kicking around the idea of trying some barefoot training in my programs. I have been reading and researching for sometime now and I’m interested if I can duplicate the results. I’m looking at doing some workout prep without shoes, stuff like PRI, mobility and dynamic warm up activities. I read about a college coach in the New England area that in four years all but eliminated sprained ankles with men’s basketball. He credited the barefoot training they did.
If anyone reading this has experience with barefoot training, I’d like to hear about it.
